From *Settings → Billing* you can buy:

- **Industry add-ons** — e-commerce recovery, healthcare / spa / education scheduling, appointments & booking.
- **Platform packs** — extra agents, extra inboxes and extra contacts (recurring), and one-off **AI credit** top-ups.
- **WhatsApp credits** — prepaid balance for WhatsApp marketing & utility messages.

Each card shows the price and whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Click **Buy** to open the secure checkout; the item activates once payment succeeds.
