Voxys Connect allows you to update the email address associated with your account at any time. This includes changing the original email address you used when creating your Voxys Connect account. Follow this step-by-step guide to securely update your email address.
Important: After changing your email address, you'll need to verify the new address before it becomes active.
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Click on your avatar image in the bottom left corner of the screen to open your profile menu.
Step 2: Open Profile Settings
From the profile menu, select "Profile Settings" to view all your profile configuration options.
Step 3: Update Your Email Address
In the Profile Settings page, locate the "Email Address" field. Clear your current email address and enter your new one, making sure it's spelled correctly.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- Click the "Update" button to save your new settings
- Wait for the confirmation message
Step 5: Verify Your New Email Address
Email verification is required:
- Check your new email inbox for a verification message from Voxys Connect
- Open the verification email
- Click on the verification link provided in the email
- This will confirm your new email address
Final Step: Sign In with Your New Email
Once verification is complete:
- Sign out of your current Voxys Connect session
- Sign back in using your new email address and existing password
Success! Your email address has been updated and verified. You can now use your new email for all Voxys Connect communications and logins.
