Plans and billing periods (monthly & yearly)

Voxys Connect offers Starter, Business and Enterprise plans. Pick a plan from Settings โ†’ Billing. Monthly vs yearly Each plan can be paid monthly or yearly. Yearly is billed up front and is cheaper than 12 monthly payments. Add-ons follow your plan term Industry add-ons, extra seats and store connectors are billed on the same term as your main plan โ€” if your plan is yearly, your add-ons are billed yearly too. Payment is completed on a secure hosted checkout page. Once paid, your plan or add-on activates automatically.

Buying add-ons, packs and WhatsApp credits

From Settings โ†’ Billing you can buy: - Industry add-ons โ€” e-commerce recovery, healthcare / spa / education scheduling, appointments & booking. - Platform packs โ€” extra agents, extra inboxes and extra contacts (recurring), and one-off AI credit top-ups. - WhatsApp credits โ€” prepaid balance for WhatsApp marketing & utility messages. Each card shows the price and whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Click Buy to open the secure checkout; the item activates once payment succeeds.
