From Settings → Billing you can buy:
- Industry add-ons — e-commerce recovery, healthcare / spa / education scheduling, appointments & booking.
- Platform packs — extra agents, extra inboxes and extra contacts (recurring), and one-off AI credit top-ups.
- WhatsApp credits — prepaid balance for WhatsApp marketing & utility messages.
Each card shows the price and whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Click Buy to open the secure checkout; the item activates once payment succeeds.
