Pipeline and Kanban Board

What Is the Pipeline?

The Pipeline is a visual sales board built into Voxys Connect. It lets your team track leads, deals, or customer journeys through customisable stages using a drag-and-drop Kanban interface.

Opening the Pipeline

Click Pipeline in the left sidebar. You will see columns representing each stage of your sales or support process.

Stages (Columns)

Each column represents a stage. Common defaults:

  • New Lead
  • Contacted
  • Qualified
  • Proposal Sent
  • Won / Closed

To add, rename, or reorder stages, click the Settings icon on the board header.

Cards

Each card on the board represents a contact, conversation, lead, or deal. Cards show:

  • Contact name and company
  • Assignee avatar
  • Due date (if set)
  • Labels

Moving Cards

Drag a card from one column to another to update its stage. The change is saved immediately and visible to all team members.

Creating a Card

  1. Click the + button at the top of any column.
  2. Search for or create a contact.
  3. Set assignee, due date, and labels.
  4. Click Save.

Card Detail View

Click any card to open the detail panel. Here you can:

  • Link the card to a conversation
  • Add notes and comments
  • Attach files
  • Set custom attributes
  • View activity history

Filtering the Board

Use the Filters bar at the top to show only cards matching criteria such as assignee, label, or date range.

Integration with Leads

Cards created from the Leads module automatically appear on the Pipeline board. Changes in either view stay in sync.
