Proactive messages are sent automatically when something happens in a connected store or clinic — without an agent typing anything.

  • Order & COD confirmation, shipment tracking updates.
  • Abandoned-cart recovery and follow-up nudges.
  • Lab/result delivery for healthcare, and membership win-back.

They respect your account's quiet hours (held and sent later) and appear in the Proactive messaging log, where you can review status, retry failures, and set failure alerts. You can also fire a proactive message on demand via the API.
