Scheduling a Message in a Conversation
Voxys Connect lets you schedule a single WhatsApp message to be sent at a specific time without staying logged in.
- Open any conversation.
- Type your message or select a template.
- Click the clock icon next to the send button.
- Pick the date and time.
- Click Schedule.
The message will appear in the conversation with a "Scheduled" badge. It will be sent automatically at the chosen time even if you are offline.
Managing Scheduled Messages
- View all scheduled messages by clicking Scheduled in the message list above the compose box.
- To cancel a scheduled message, hover over it and click Delete.
- Editing a scheduled message is not supported — delete it and reschedule if you need to change the content.
Scheduling Campaign Messages
For sending templates to a large contact list at a scheduled time, use the Campaigns feature instead of per-conversation scheduling. See Creating and Running a Campaign for details.
Time Zone Behaviour
Scheduled times follow the time zone configured in your Account Settings → General Settings → Time Zone. Make sure this is set correctly before scheduling messages.
Common Use Cases
- Follow-up messages after a conversation ends during business hours.
- Appointment reminders sent the evening before.
- Personalised messages timed for the customer's local time zone.
